How long does MilkyHarvest milk typically last in the fridge?

Typically the plant-based milk without no added ingredients last from 12-24h in the fridge.

What's different from plant-based milks in supermarkets?

It does not contain oils, acidity regulators, stabilizers (for flavor), or sweeteners.

How do I help the planet by choosing to drink non-animal beverages?

By limiting our consumption of animal products, their transport, and our travel, we reduce our energy footprint, reduce greenhouse emissions, and stop food waste by consuming exactly the amount we want.

Is it necessary to add salt or other sweeteners in the milk;

Salt helps extend the shelf life of milk and adds flavor, but it’s not necessary, especially if the drink is consumed immediately. On the other hand, sweeteners such as stevia, vanilla, or cinnamon, add extra aroma and flavor to the final drink.

Are the materials of the device safe for use with food?

They are completely safe and have all the necessary certificates for use with food, required by the EU.

The milk is separated overnight. Is this normal?

Yes, this is totally normal! Plant-based milks without additives and fillers naturally separate over time. Shake it up and it will be ready to enjoy!

Does the MilkyHarvest heat the milk?

Yes, High temp clean, heating function (15 minutes) and hold fast clean (4 minutes), stirring function are available. For any persistent stains use the brush included.

Do you have to soak the nuts beforehand?

Soaking the nuts is not required but if the nuts are washed or soaked in a few recipes they will give a smoother texture.

How do I make the milk thicker?

Texture can be adjusted based on personal preference with altering the end volume of the beverage, 300mL, 600mL,900mL,1200mL and adjusting the raw material percentage based on the 20ml, 40ml, 60ml, 80ml, 100ml of the measuring cup.

Can you make juice in the MilkyHarvest?

The appliance has a non-thermal function as well, and it is also suitable for juicing.

Can I make rice milk in the MilkyHarvest?

Yes, MilkHarvest is also suitable for making plant-based rice drinks. Add the rice and select “Nuts Dew”.

Does MilkyHarvest has a cleaning operation?

Yes, High temp clean, heating function and hold fast clean, stirring function are available. For any persistent stains use the brush included.

Does MilkyHarvest have auto clean function?

Yes, auto-clean program starts automatically as soon as the beverage operation process ends.

The measuring cup is in ml, what is the corresponding quantity in grs for the 100ml of each ingredient (soy, almond, oat, rice, cashews)?

Soybean is about 80g for 100ml full cup

Almonds are about 60g for 100ml full cup

Rice is about 90g for 100ml full cup

Cashews are 60g for 100ml full cup

Can coconut water or other liquids be used in place of regular water?

No, only water is suitable.

During juice function does the process leave any pulp in the mixing compartment?

No pulp is left during juice function, ingredients are blended to a smooth texture and pump out as juice.
